About the Convening
Chapman Consulting's second annual Medicare Convening will bring together leaders from across California's aging, health care, policy, and advocacy communities to explore the future of Medicare, integrated care delivery, aging policy, and person-centered systems transformation.
Designed to foster thoughtful dialogue and cross-sector collaboration, the convening provides a unique opportunity for health plans, providers, community-based organizations, state agencies, advocacy organizations, foundations, and aging services leaders to connect with the decision-makers and thought leaders shaping the future of care for older adults and people with disabilities in California. Topics will include Medicare and Medi-Cal integration, aging policy, health equity, care delivery innovation, behavioral health, community supports, and the future of coordinated care in California.
From Vision to Action
More than a traditional conference, the 2027 Convening is designed as a working forum. Reflecting this year's theme, From Vision to Action: Advancing Medicare through Leadership, Collaboration, and Innovation, the agenda will emphasize interactive discussions, cross-sector collaboration, and dedicated opportunities for participants to share ideas, strengthen partnerships, and identify practical solutions to California's evolving Medicare landscape.

New for 2027 Medicare Convening Networking Reception
Join us the night before the Convening for our Networking Reception, an opportunity to connect with colleagues from across the state in a relaxed and welcoming setting. This intimate gathering provides attendees with a chance to make new connections, reconnect with colleagues, and build community ahead of the full-day Convening.

Cancellation Policy
Refund requests will be accepted through January 15, 2027, and are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Beginning January 18, 2027, registration fees are nonrefundable, but tickets may be transferred to another attendee upon request.
